A two-story building with a mezzanine (phase II - 44 flats), and a façade decorated with wood, clinker, stainless steel and glass. Large mahogany windows were installed in the building, providing the flats with optimum light. When designing the interiors, priority was given to their functionality, so that future residents could easily adapt them to their individual tastes. The neighbourhood of Szczytnicki Park, the largest park complex in Wrocław (over 112 hectares), together with the most beautiful Japanese Garden in the country, provide fresh air and relaxation among the greenery.
