The first phase of the project will include a total of 408 flats in multi-family buildings, 48 terraced housing units and 3 commercial units. All flats in the multi-family buildings will have balconies, and flats on the first floor, facing the inner courtyard, will have terraces. Each of the multi-family buildings will be equipped with a lift. The terraced buildings are designed as two-storey buildings (ground and first floor), without basements, with a flat roof, with some flats having built-in garages. The facades of the individual buildings will be made of concrete with corrugations. In turn, the textured concrete facades, in combination with other materials, will create a coherent and modern whole.
